Brief Description of School:
Lancers International School is an International Baccalaureate World School offering the IB PYP, MYP and
the DP. We also offer IGCSE in grades 9 - 10. The School is a co-educational day cum boarding school for students aged 18 months - 18 years. The curriculum is unique and ensures high-quality learning that lays the foundation for holistic education for children. We are a school where learning is investigative and creative, giving children every opportunity to develop academically, physically, emotionally and aesthetically.

Be responsible for:
Achievement of IB standards and practices
Academic pursuits, benchmarks and excellence in Learning and teaching practices for the 21st Century
The written curriculum (vertical and horizontal)
Regular collaborative planning and reflection, including teacher log books and unit plans
Assessment and recording of student learning
Implementation of IB administrative requirements
Professional development plans, opportunities and budgets
Links to the wider IB community
PYP action plan and programme evaluation
Two-way communication for stakeholders
The PYP Exhibition
Any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Primary Principal
